A JOURNEY OF MINDFUL CHOICES, MADE WITH LOVE FOR THE LAND AND COMMUNITY
Sustainability is a journey, and every small step brings us closer to the world we dream of.
– Tiara Jacquelina, Chief Dream Maker
At Dream Forest Langkawi, we believe wonder and responsibility can walk hand in hand. Set within a rainforest that has thrived for over 100 million years, our park is not just a destination—it is a heartfelt commitment to Malaysia’s cultural soul and natural heritage. Every pathway, story, and sculpture here reflects our intent to tread gently, dream boldly, and inspire others to care more deeply for the world we share.
Made by Malaysians for the world, we understand our responsibility to protect this land, uplift our people, and spark change—one story, one tree, one moment at a time. And while we’re not perfect, we strive to be present.
Through our work, we support several of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), transforming them into everyday action and meaningful encounters with nature, culture, and community.
Our Commitments Aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals
Protecting a Living Rainforest
At the heart of Dream Forest Langkawi lies a lush, ancient rainforest—dating back more than 100 million years (fun fact: it’s older than the Amazon!). Woven gently through it is our 1.2km nature trail, where guests are invited to journey through storytelling zones, discover native flora and fauna, and witness the harmony of myth and environment. We developed Dream Forest Langkawi without cutting down a single tree, and continue to honour this land through low-impact design, energy-efficient operations, and active conservation.

SDG13: Climate Action – We minimise our carbon footprint through energy-conscious practices, green maintenance, and mindful operations.

SDG15: Life on Land – We protect native biodiversity and promote reforestation through our Plant-a-Tree Initiative, inviting guests to contribute to Langkawi’s ecological restoration. We also conduct regular in-house rainforest cleanups, engaging our team and community in hands-on care for the land.
Empowering Equally
Our Dream Team is the soul of Dream Forest Langkawi. Composed of passionate women and men from all walks of life, they breathe life into our operations and hospitality. We’re committed to fair, inclusive employment that celebrates local talent and offers pathways for creative and professional growth.

SDG8: Decent Work & Economic Growth – We provide equitable, meaningful employment across the tourism and creative industries.

SDG5: Gender Equality – From management to maintenance, women and men work side by side in a culture of respect and equal opportunity.
Preserving Culture Through Storytelling
Malaysia’s myths, legends, and rich cultural identity is at the heart of every narrative we tell. Through immersive projection mapping, soundscape, and interactive experiences, guests are invited to rediscover iconic tales such as Tasik Dayang Bunting, Merong Mahawangsa, and The Giants of Langkawi. These stories, embedded into the land itself, make our park a living museum of folklore, helping both locals and visitors connect more deeply to our shared heritage.

SDG11: Sustainable Cities & Communities – We preserve and promote Malaysia’s cultural identity through innovative storytelling that bridges generations.
From Waste to Wonder
In a world of overconsumption, we choose to create consciously. Our “Waste, Not Art?” exhibition transforms discarded materials into powerful works of art—each sculpture a reminder of what’s possible when we shift perspective. Crafted by Malaysian artists using upcycled trash, these pieces are as thought-provoking as they are beautiful.

SDG12: Responsible Consumption & Production – We advocate for circular thinking through artistic expression, low-waste operations, and public engagement.
Collaborating for Impact
We’re proud to work with educators, NGOs, and local authorities to create programmes that educate, empower, and inspire. From immersive student packages to creative team-building experiences, our initiatives are designed to instill curiosity, cultivate care for the environment, and nurture pride in local identity.

SDG17: Partnerships for the Goals – We champion collaborative action to amplify both environmental and cultural impact.
At Dream Forest Langkawi, we don’t claim to have all the answers—but we are deeply committed to asking the right questions. How can we tread lighter? Give back more? Inspire further? Every step, every story, every tree planted is a step closer to the world we all hope to live in.For suggestions on how we can improve or to take part in our Plant-A-Tree initiative, please contact us at nurbaya@enfiniti.com.my or zulika@enfiniti.com.my.
